Integrity Valet was born from a desire to optimize the valet parking experience for clients & guests while ensuring employees have well prepared & firmly supported jobs. Service began in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix on September 1, 2014 catering to all types of events and various parking scenarios.

Ryan Rabish Owner/Founder

Originally from a suburb one hour northwest of Detroit, Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Social Science. For increased opportunity, weather & adventure, he drove West settling in Arizona in 2004.

Desiring to create an organization specifically tailored to the increased demand for special events, IV was born. Ryan is a hands-on leader that always pursues the highest standard. His hobbies include time with family & friends, his two girls Nahla Bee & Abbey Roo, traveling, tri-sports, yoga, Nature & reading. He maintains a healthy, active, vegan lifestyle.

Daniel Hoidal General Manager

A Phoenix native, Dan grew up in the North Central corridor attending Madison Meadows & Brophy College Prep. In 2006, he attended the University of Arizona pursuing a degree in History. A gregarious quick study, he advanced to the role of GM handling various admin duties including sales, client relations, payroll, schedule & much more. His intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods & people of AZ makes him a natural asset to IV & those he encounters.

When not working, Dan enjoys live music, leisurely bike rides, spoiling his dog Bentley & socializing. He remains very close to his family & friends who still live in the area.

Jacob Brown Operations Manager

Arizona born & bred, Jacob earned All State honors at Sunnyslope HS in football playing for Scottsdale Community College. A promising valet with an eagerness to learn & industrious work ethic, he gave management a go & hasn’t looked back since. His ability to remain calm under pressure & being mechanically inclined provide a complementary skill set towards leading the field naturally.

An avid outdoorsman, Jacob enjoys camping, fishing, cooking & off-roading in his Jeep. One can often find him with friends at one of the many local eateries around town. His 3 big boys Ranger, Scout & Sawyer mean the world to him.
